Retrieving RPNs and ROS certificate

If you’re experiencing an issue with retrieving RPNs and Sage Payroll not being able to see your ROS certificate, this is quite common.

To resolve this you can download and install the new ‘Sage Payroll v21.3 / v22.0 (2019 full install / 2018 year end update)’.

Once you've installed the update Sage Payroll will recognise the ROS certificates and you'll be able to import RPNs.
