You cannot change a payroll frequency mid-year on a payroll that has had at least one period processed. The best time to do this is before setting the first period of the year. 

To do this mid-year, all employees will have to be created on the monthly payroll, and then deleted off the 4-weekly payroll. On the monthly payroll, you should enter one line on the ETP with the employee’s year to date values from the 4-weekly payroll so all subsequent periods are processed correctly.
