P45 Sage 50 Payroll

Hi,
I am about to sit my ICB payroll exam using sage 50 payroll.
I am looking to print a P45 but the template (Background) doesn’t show up.
Is there a way of making template (Background) show up so I can print?
At the moment it is just printing on a blank sheet?

    I'm afraid that you have posted this query on the Sage Payroll (formerly Micropay) page. We would not be able to help you with this as we have no knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll at all - it is a completely different product to Sage Payroll. Unfortunately, I am not able to redirect your query to the correct team either, I'm afraid.
