Important software update coming soon

The next time you update your software you'll notice Micropay has a new name. Sage Payroll has all the same great functionality of Micropay, used in exactly the same way as before.

This release will start getting your software ready to support future legislation changes, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Revenue's PAYE Modernisation Project, commencing January 2019.

    I am new to Sage payroll Micropay professional.  I am trying to import my payroll data from an excel/csv file.  I can get the payments in however I am having trouble importing the deductions file.  Each time I import it the deduction come off a payment type.  It is not picking up that it is a deduction even though I have the D in the sheet and the deduction number.  What am I doing wrong?
