Hi Sarah, 

This message would indicate there is an employee in your payroll who has different information to what Revenue hold for them.

A first step to rectify this issue would be to run a data validation as this will allow you to see if there are any errors with any employees. You can do this by clicking Reports > Validate Payroll Data.
