ROS Certificate not Validated for RPN's

Hello,

I was on the online chat and sent emails to Sage Support in relation to an issue I have with my ROS certificate not being validated or found. See the error below when I try to request RPN's.

I am running the latest version of Micropay 22.1.66.400.

I have renewed and backed up my ROS cert in both a folder on the C: drive and the desktop and tried to access it from both locations but the error is the same.

I also tried the ROS file in .p12 and .p12.bac formats but still the same error.

There doesn't seem to be an issue with the ROS cert as it allows access to ROS when reloaded as the log in cert.

I would appreciate some advice from Sage or anyone who has had a similar issue, as I have received very little response so far from Sage on this issue and have been manually checking RPN's and submitting payroll data for the past few weeks.
