Departmental Gross to nett report

Question

I need to run the departmental gross to nett report for employees in 2 or more departments. 
 Currently the employees are only listed in the department selected on the personnel tab of the employee details. 
 Can the report list the employees as per departments listed in the cost allocations on the costing tab of the employee details?
