Every year we produce ADQ forms from Sage PT and send these to our clients. Each year our clients have to fill these out manually, by printing and sending them back to us.

Is there an option for these forms to be downloaded in an editable format, so that we are able to send them via a secure portal and the client then downloads, edits the form on screen and sends it back to us?
