An issue has been identified with the Sage X3 text editor : If any text containing the "&" symbol is saved when it is reloaded the "&" symbol is converted to its HTML equivalent and will be displayed as "&" instead.
For example you save the following text
When you open the comment you will see the following text
This issue is resolved with Syracuse version 11.22.4.1 which is available on the Sage FTP site.
