Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.18.3.1 is available.

This hotfix specifically addresses the following issue:

Issue: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'wsCall')" error when executing inbound SOAP Web Service call.

Affected Version: Syracuse 12.18.0, delivered with the release 2023R1.
