Sage CRM 2021 R2: UI Improvements - Alternative Phone numbers in new installations

One small change Sage has made in new installations of Sage CRM 2021 R2 is to replace the captions of 'Fax' numbers with 'Alternative'. This change was one of the recommendations that were made following a review of the default screens and lists for the core entities.

A user working on a new installation of Sage CRM should NOT see reference to fax numbers when working with Company, Person, and Lead data.

For a complete description of the interface changes please refer to the Release Notes for Sage CRM 2021 R2.

Note: These changes do not apply to existing systems that are upgraded.

    I would propose you an enhancement on this way, for person entity

    The current Person search functionality allows search by main phone number. You can also customize the search person functionality to add the fax number... which is not really a useful field today.

    So, have you considered to add / replace the Fax number by the Mobile telephone number?

    NB: I’m able to customize CRM to add the mobile phone number but consider this should be included on the standard.
