The local Sage teams completed their integration testing on 16th July 2021 and Sage CRM 2021 R2 is on target for a release to the Sage regions on 6th August 2021 R2.

The exact release date in your country will be determined by your local Sage team as the final processes go to market preparations will need to be confirmed.

Sage CRM 2021 R2 is a release that makes significant improvements to the user experience. Screens & lists have been simplified. Context menus have been rearranged to declutter the interface. A new spinner indicates when the system is working on tasks. Creating quotes & orders offers more control to users & administrators: file naming can match the quote & order references, and users can pick their template when sending quotes & orders by email.

Reporting pipelines have been updated with a modern, fresh design with fully customizable colors & styles. For customers that use multiple landing pages with email marketing they now have more control over web forms that capture leads. A new example dashboard demonstrates the power of bringing quote information to every CRM user while a new company workflow shows how processes can be controlled over all business objects in the system.

System administrators have control over the look & feel of the screens that are presented, down to individual fonts & screen elements, using upgrade-safe custom style sheets. In addition, administrators can now view log files from the user interface, which makes it easier to gather system information quickly & easily.

Sage is delighted with this important release for Sage CRM in 2021 and it is ready to integrate with your Sage accounting system.
