In Sage CRM 2023 R2 a system administrator no longer needs to disable a workflow to view the details of its rules and underlying actions. In the previous Sage CRM versions, a system administrator had to disable a workflow to do so.
Disabling a workflow can disrupt business operations by preventing users from completing tasks that are associated with the workflow. By allowing system administrators to view workflow rules and actions without disabling the workflow, Sage CRM 2023 R2 reduces the risk of disruption to business operations.
When troubleshooting problems with workflows, it can be helpful to view the details of the workflow rules and underlying actions. Sage CRM 2023 R2 allows system administrators to view this information without disabling the workflow, which can help to identify and resolve problems more quickly.
Disabling and re-enabling workflows can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially for complex workflows with multiple rules and actions. Sage CRM 2023 R2 eliminates the need to disable and re-enable workflows, which can save system administrators time and improve efficiency.
