The Sage CRM Company Narrative is a feature that was introduced in Sage CRM 2023 R1. In Sage CRM 2023 R2 we have enhanced the Narrative tab for companies by localising and translating into German, Spanish, and French.
Users will be able to view the Company Narrative in their native language, which will make it easier for them to understand and use the feature. The ability to customize the translations of the Company Narrative will also allow businesses to tailor the phrases and vocabulary of the Narrative to their specific needs and industries.
The Company Narrative feature can be used by all users in Sage CRM, but it is particularly useful for managers and executives who need to quickly get a high-level overview of a Company's performance. The value to the customer service team has been increased as now the Narrative tab displays the current stage for each case mentioned in the summary.
There have also been some other minor bugs and formatting and syntax issues fixed in Sage CRM 2023 R2.
