The Quick Find feature includes phone number and email and postal address information associated with Person and Company records.

Imagine that you miss a call while away from your desk and find that someone has stuck a post it note with the callers number. 

The number can be entered and you can find the information you need.

This allows a user to search across Person and Company information with additional relevant business information.

Please note that this does not cross into the Leads table.
