Beginning October 5, 2020 there's a new podcast from the Sage CRM team. This series, Talking CRM, will be available on the Sage Advice Podcast site every two weeks. I, along with my colleague Jeff Richards, will be talking to reseller & ISV partners around the globe about their business & thoughts on Sage CRM..
We're kicking off with Boston-based add-on provider Timelinx who offer a time & project management add-on for Sage CRM. Across three episodes, their founder, Mark Engleberg, explains how challenges in a previous business lead him to develop the product. Mark also shares stories of the product in use around the world for customers with Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 300 and Sage X3.
In another conversation - scheduled for mid November - we are joined by Basil Malik, CRM Practice Leader of leading Sage North America partner, Blytheco. In that episode, Basil talks about the value of integrating front & back office systems, with examples of processes & data flows that can be improved between accounts & CRM.
We've also scheduled a session with the leading Sage CRM reseller in the United Kingdom, Qmulus Solutions. Their principal, Danny Lewis, will be talking about technical trends he is seeing & why this matters to customers plus a conversation about addressing the skills gap - for resellers & customers - in making CRM deployments are successful.
We will also be hopping over the Irish Sea to Dublin - the spiritual home of Sage CRM - to speak with CRM Together, supplier of popular Outlook & Mobile add-ons. Their owner, Marc Reidy, will be talking about how he started with Sage CRM, why user adoption is so important & how their products help embed CRM for their users.
So we hope you can join us for our wide ranging conversations - technical, commercial & psychology - with our guests from around the globe through the remainder of 2020 and into 2021.
Watch out for Talking CRM - available direct from Sage Advice Podcasts site and searchable from wherever you get your podcasts from.
