I'm trying to add contacts from Outlook to CRM using the Add Contact button in the Outlook Integration Addin. Documentation for the Outlook Plugin says that the deduplication process will provide a list of companies with similar names and allow me to choose which company the contact is to be associated with. But, I can't seem to get this list of similar company names, and always arrive at the "Create New Company" page.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to get the list of similar company names to show?
