Outlook Integration: Sync Operation Has Failed

Hi,

Our company is running CRM 7.1.f and one of my users is receiving the following error when he attempts to sync from Outlook 2007. I've successfully re-installed Outlook Integration but the error persists. Doing a Google search on this error message yields no results so I'm hoping someone here has an idea or two on how to resolve this problem.

FYI; the .NET Framework was updated during the re-install.
