Sage CRM CTI - Caller Unknown

Hello All,

I am currently testing Sage CRM CTI with our ShoreTel VoIP System.

I can make and receive calls through Sage CRM, but my inbound calls are never recognized and always appear as "Caller Unknown".

I have made a test company and have assigned my external phone numbers to the company and the people I have created within this company, and have modified the numbers so they appear in the standard canonical format, but I always end up with the same result of "Caller Unknown".

Does anyone have any suggestions?
