CHANGE EXCHANGE SERVER

I have change de exchange server, then in CRM I have deactivated the integration, change the URL in the table EcngIntegration with the value of new server. In CRM change the user and password an activate the integration. All look to work fine but I have and error in users who have synchronized in the old server with the message "Main exception string: Synchronization state data is corrupt or otherwise invalid. Exception code: ErrorInvalidSyncStateData Impersonated user: [email protected], action: CONNECTION_TO_MAILBOX". Someone knows how to solve this problem?

To solve the problem, I have deactivated the integration, and then in the table EWSMailbox change the actual mail value in field EWMA_Mail for something different. Now in CRM I have activated the mailbox for the user and activate the integration. CRM insert new record for the e-mail values and all work ok.

in my case we have a user whose calendar was deleted from exchange then recreated ... doing above instruction is making new appointments to sync with the calendar... but the appointments that were synchronized with old calendar are not appearing in newly created calendar in exchange... is there any way.. we can push those to sync with new calendar...

    Hi Javier,

I should also change the Exchange integration on an existing CRM installation ( migration Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013).

In my case the mailboxes remain the same and I'm scared about creating duplicates if I delete the integration and create a new one.

So I suppose the way you did it should be good. Is it a Sage tip?

If I follow what you did:

    - Deactivate the synchro in CRM

    - Change the EWS url in SQL: exin_webserviceURL from EcngIntegration

    - "in the table EWSMailbox change the actual mail value in field EWMA_Mail for something different" What do you mean by this? In my case, the email adresses seem correct...

    - Refresh metadata + restart Tomcat

    - Change user and password to connect the new EWS + select the mailboxes you want to synchronize

    - Activate the Synchro again.

    Is it what you did?

    Thanks for your feed-back

    Hi All,

Curious here as well. We have migrated all of our mailboxes from On-Premise to O365 and want to avoid duplicates. I have reached out to support and am awaiting a response. Jerome DH? How did things go for you?
