We recently installed Sage CRM ver 6.2 to compliment our Sage Mas 90. For various reasons, we decided to un-install it. We used the add/remove programs feature to remove the CRM. There were no errors during the uninstall. However, our Outlook Web Access no longer worked. After a lot of digging, we discovered that our MSExchangeOWAAppPool.config file had the following line:

<add path="C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\eware.dll" allowed="true" groupId="CRM" preCondition="bitness64" />

After removing this line, the Outlook Web Access would work again. Overnight, something adds this line back into the MSExchangeOWAAppPool.config file. Does anyone know what could be doing this and how to stop it?
