Sage V71.

I get Interactive dashboard error - Funtionality not available, please consult your systemadminstrator when I try to go to My dashboard. This independent of the user who is logged in.

Under admin when I try to go to the standard / classic templates I can reach the classic. The minute I choose the interactive dashboard I get the same messag "I- Funtionality not available, please consult your systemadminstrator"

I have tried to restart the Apache service and in a ltere stage restarted the database server. Sitll the same problem.

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this problem and how to solve it.
