Update field in CreateScript

On the field orit_quantity, I have written code in the section CreateScript, to call a web service to get the discount and the price according to the article and the quantity.
Is it possible, in this section (CreateScript), update other fields, for example orit_quotedprice field, with the values â€‹â€‹obtained from the web service?
If possible, how is it done?

Create Scripts can only address the properties of the field in which it executes. A Create Script can use objects like Record object or the QueryObject will not be able to use these to control the values in the current record.
