Hi All,

I'm testing a custom entity at the moment - similar to one of Jeff's suggestions here (https://community.sagecrm.com/user_community/f/84/p/8277/22730.aspx#22730)

Say for example:

I have the "Company" entity and I have my custom entity "SubProducts"

I want to have a tab in the Company record where I can assign one or many SubProducts to the company

Basically I would like the ability to go to a company record - select SubProducts tab and select add/new sub product that can then be viewed in a grid

My questions are -
1) When installing the custom entity do I need to select either "Has Companies" or "Owned By Companies" or both?
or is this where a view makes the link to the company.

2) What is the best way to create the view (or link) between the new entity and the Company entity?
