Sending an email out of CRM

Hi,

I am working on a workflow where I have to send an email to the lead email as an action. When I pick the action "send email", I do not have the option of lead_email from the available list.

Is there a way to add that field in the list?

Using CRM 7.1h

Hi Prabha,

The system doesn't provide the functionality to send an email to the lead contact name or the opportunity contact name.

Hi Prabha,

From your above post what I understood that you want to send an email to the Person who tagged against lead. FYI, lead_personemail field is being refereed in CRM for Person email address in Lead entity. For checking purpose you may write this field in Email TO or CC section as “#lead_personemail#” in Send Email action and check whether it is working or not.
