current crm installation is not license for mobile error ,even i am logging through normal computer

i am trying to log in to my crm through web browser , but suddenly it show this error after inserting my admin user name and password, (current crm installation is not license for mobile error) , i try differet user name but it show , User is not allowed offline access.

Can u help me please .

The problem may be due to using Internet Explorer 10, try setting the Compatibility view settings for your website.

In IE go to Tools -> Compatibility view settings then in the Add this website type in your URL if it's not already listed, and then click the Add button, then click close.

You should now logon to CRM as normal.

Thank u for your support, but I don't have interent explorer. 10 , also it didn't solve my issue,

Also why other user no acess offline ,can anyone help me please

Depending on crm verison only IE supported. And Solo as it's called has to be licensed and enabled. Speak to your CRM admin or BP.
