Exchange integration/synchronization

Hi,

Has anybody run into the issue where you have to restart the Tomcat service everyday for your Exchange mailboxes to sync?

    Not daily but yes regularly happening at clients i for sure have seen this; have you allocated more RAM to Tomcat in the registry? This has worked at a few of our clients:

    (64 bit machine)

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\CRMTomcat6\Parameters\Java

    or

    (32 bit machine)

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\CRMTomcat6\Parameters\Java

    Double click the Options value and add the line: -XX:MaxPermSize=256m

    Hi David,

    Unfortunately I will not be at Summit this year. Wanted to give it a rest this year and probably go next year.

    Thank you for your tip. I have edited the registry and restarted the Tomcat service. Will let you know if that does the trick.
