How can I modify the Outlook Integration plugin?

I need a way to modify the Outlook Integration plugin with specific import defaults. ie be able to set things like the default "Team" setting to something other than the user's team on import. Our user would like their tasks and schedules items to default to Team:"--None--" so that their items don't automatically show up on their colleagues calendars. Does anyone know how to modify the plugin, or do that from within SAGE. Our users use Outlook as their primary email and scheduling interface because of our company's sercurity doesn't allow full Exchange Integration. But the Classic Outlook Integration plugin doesn't appear to allow very much customization. Any help is appreciated. I've posted this before and got no responses.
