DASHBOARD QUESTION....

We are VERY new subscribers to SAGE CRM CLOUD.

How do get the application to open to the INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD?

When "MY CRM" opens, it shows me the introduction for CLASSIC DASHBOARD. How do I switch that back to INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD?

Hi William,

If you wish to revert back to the Interactive Dashboard simple navigate to 'My CRM' and click on the Dashboard tab.
When you are on the Classic Dashboard simply click on the 'Interactive Dashboard' link as highlighted in my screenshot below.

Hi,

Once the dashboard is set to be your default login screen (Preferences -> "Log Me In To:"), it will remember which dashboard format you had open last. You can swap between the two at will using the option Alan posted above.
