Opportunity record getting assigned to a disabled workflow

Hey guys,

I have a customer using the Order Entry integration with CRM 7.1 sp2 and Sage 300 2012. When you go to the company entity and click New Order it creates an opportunity however it gets associated with the Opportunity Workflow (Id 2) which happens to be disabled. We have another workflow that we use for opportunities but it's not being assigned to that one. Any one have any idea why that would be happening or better yet, how to fix it :-) Thanks.

    Hi Brad,

    We have replicated the below given scenario on Standard CRM and Integrated CRM as well and there is an issue with Integrated solution of CRM. This is happening when we are creating New Order in CRM directly. At that time system create Auto opportunity and here we face issue with workflow id creation. However, when we create new opportunity it works fine and ID is also generated even when workflow is disabled. What I would suggest you is to contact your local Sage Support to log an issue.
