which browser and what version? if IE, have you added compatibility settings for intranet?

if this is a cloud instance have you added the sage crm cloud URL to the compatibility settings?

Yes, I tried other search engines (Safari, Google Chrome) and it works a treat. This is a problem, our corporate search engine is IE10.

If you turn compatibility mode off then the wall will work correctly in IE, but then others things don't work like the keyboard commands like ALT + C.

It took me a while to figure out what was causing it on our system. You just need to keep switching switching compatibility view on and off via the menu bar.

I am experiencing this issue too and have tried in IE08, IE09 and IE10 - the only away around it appears to be turning off compatibility mode in IE10 - yet Sage documentation says compatibility mode should be in use! Does this mean it basically doesn't work?

This does indeed seem to be a problem for certain versions and configurations of Internet Explorer. I will talk to our development team about releasing an updated version that addresses these problems.
