We are currently experiencing some issues with users machines having automatically updated to IE11. Also, it would appear that on 64-bit Explorer functions like the Document Drop etc don't work. We have asked our support partner many times to confirm the exact system requirements needed to run Sage CRM optimally, but as yet still don't have this information.

We are running in the cloud with a deployed application. It would be brilliant if someone could help me optimise the system with the following information:

• Best Java version to run on
• Must it be that the machines run on 32-operating systems and associated components, or is it only the case that it must be 32-bit office and browser?
• Is IE10/11 supported if compatibility mode is deployed or should we revert to IE9?

I really appreciated any feedback in order to get the system and functionality in the best shape I can.
