E-Marketing: counting unsubscribes

We are using Sage CRM 7.1 SP2 with E-Marketing (Swiftpage). There are a lot of analysis about clicks, bounced emails etc. but how could we find out, how many recipients have clicked the unsubscribed link within one campaign?

    Hi Lars,

    Unfortunately it is not possible to view the opt-outs per campaign with the Swfitpage integration. You can view the overall list of recepients who have opted out by following one of these steps:

    1. Search for person records in CRM with the "Opt out of E-marketing communications" check box checked

    2. Log into your account at www.swiftpage.com/sageemarketing > Reports > Suppression Data

    3. Contact Sage E-Marketing Customer Care at [email protected] to request the list be sent to you

    Just also be aware that you may need to wait at least 24 hours before the opt-out statistics are available on the Swiftpage server to be synchronised to CRM during the nightly sync.
