When sending emails from within CRM via escalation rule, you can use #recordanchor# Click here #endrecordanchor# to create a hyperlink in the email that will link to the entity record in CRM. This has apparently never worked in 7.2.

It appears it is just not including the closing quote in the href=" " portion of the anchor tag. Without the closing tag, the opening portion of the anchor is being treated as text and the link is not created.

Also an issue here is the SessionFind? portion. Even if I instruct users to copy the link form the href and paste into a browser.. it will never find the open session.. and when the do sign it.. it just plops them on the dashboard no redirect to any entity.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and have you found a way to fix it?
