Social Media Addons stop working

Hi,

Twitter and Facebook integrations have stopped working with 7.2 and 7.1 (where applicable) I have noticed that their are posts on here noting the Twitter addon is not working however not seen anything for Facebook. Any ideas what is going on with these and when we can expect updates?

Rather disappointting to discovered halfway through a demo and does not look good on Sage CRM products or the people demo'ing them when half the "Social CRM" aspects dont work when demo'ing 'Social CRM'

    Hi Danny,

    There is a known issue with the Twitter add-on as they changed the data structure of their API slightly, which affects newer Twitter accounts. This is being worked on by our R&D team at the moment.

    What problems are you having with the Facebook component?

    Thanks for the reply, any ideas on timescales for the Twitter fix? I have a few customers using this as well as a few prospects who want to see the functionality...

    The Facebook integration is not working correctly, all appears fine apart from the Company 'Wall':

    and when i run profiler in IE, the following errors appear:

    Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id.

    FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init().

    Which appears to be similar to the issue with the Twitter API; the way in which the user ID is stored.
