Here is my issue: we just upgrade our sage CRM from 6.1 to 7.2b. Before, during the claim process, our technical service or administrative service make a copy of the CRM case (paper print or pdf print) of what they see on screen (case details screen) to attach to the claim form.
Since we upgrade to 7.2b, we are unable to print the whole information directly from the web browser (from any broswer, I tried them all!). It only print part of the page.
I heard that since the CRM development go frameless, to be compatible to more web browser, it loses this ability.
I also try to add a button group to the case screen, wich was the perfect fit for our needs, but the PrintWindow() javascript function only do a printscreen and we need all the case informations (which is on 2 to 3 pages), not only what is display on the screen.
Can you help me out with this problem...
