The CRM feld account manager is sorting by what looks to be a user ID number instead of alphabetical. The strange thing about the sorting problem is only certain environments or users can see it that way. Here are some specific details to environments that work and dont. can anyone help point us into a direction to start to fix this problem?

Our Citrix server is an old Windows Server 2003 box. We’ve still got one other Win2k3, and I tried on that. List was alphabetized correctly. Checked on an XP laptop and same thing.

Looks like it’s getting alphabetized on Win2k3/XP systems, but not on Win2k8/Win7/Win8 systems.

I also tried FireFox on my Win7 systems, and the list was unalphabetized. This leads me to believe it has more to do with the OS than the version of IE.
