CRM7.2: Incorrect Library Folder Path

Hi,

The library folder is created at the same level as the default Library folder once a Person or Company is created. Take TEST CRM for example, a folder TEST CRM is created under LibraryT folder but not default Library folder. In Comp_LibraryDir, it shows T\TEST CRM. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,

    Hi Ichung,

    I tried uploading document against company in CRM 7.2 C patch and it seems to be working fine as per the standard CRM functionality. Please check whether the document template path is configured correctly in CRM under following section.

    Administration -> Email and Documents -> Documents & Reports Configuration -> Default document templates location for mail merge

    There might be a possibility that the path is not ending with a ‘\’ which must be leading to this issue. For your reference, it has to be in following format:

    D:\Program Files\Sage\CRM\CRM\Library\.
