Keep the new line item block at the bottom of the Quote screen

For version 7.2, if there are a large list of line items (about 100 line items) on the same screen, each time the user select Item Types, or Item drop-down box value, the application will refresh the page and scroll to the top. Is it possible to customize/ configure the application to make the New Line Item block at the bottom of the page after the page being refreshed? Simply, the New Line Item should be always stay at the bottom of the page so the user do not need to scroll down the page. Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

    The behavior you have mentioned below happens only when you allow opening new quote item screen on same page. You can also pop out this screen by following below steps.

    1. Go to Users Preferences from Administration à Users or My CRM à Preferences
    2. Set the Line Item Screen Position property to Popup.

    This will keep the popup open and items will be added on background page.

    Thanks for your response. We understand there is a pop-up window solution but it cannot suffice the user's requirement. That is why we'd like to know if it is possible to customize/ configure the application to make the New Line Item block at the bottom of the page after the page being refreshed.
