Sage CRM incompatibility with Windows components

Hi There,

I am the system admin for our cloud based instance of Sage CRM v7.1g and for a while now, we've been getting enquiries issues using IE11, yet IE is the only truly compatible browser. Also, more recently, issues around the Outlook plugin. It has transpired that the system seems to be incompatible with the MS .net framework v4.5. Is there a timeline as to when these inconsistencies will be resolved, or if .net 4.5 is compatible with v7.2 for example?

I know from the Support Matrix that 7.2 is still not compatible with IE11 and only with 10 in compatibility mode but there are no references to the .Net framework.


Any advice or information as to workarounds or a fix would be very helpful as our business can't compromise on potential security risks, by having to roll back updates due to incompatibility with Sage CRM.
