We are just in the process of setting up CRM emails through sage, however I have just come across an issue when trying to send a test email to an email group. The error shows the following:

E-Mail blast creation failed
GET failed on localhost:10009/.../getEmarketingRecipients status=500

Can anyone help with trying to resolve this issue please?

We are not using Sage CRM in the cloud as this is hosted on our servers just for reference.
