Gadget Template gives "Error Loading Data"

My install of SageCRM 7.2c is giving me the above error when I try and add a Gadget template and when I try to add a gadget template to the interactive dashboard. The dashboards and gadgets on the dashboards work fine. I discovered this when I was adding a new dashboard and wanted to add a gadget template it gave me the above error. It does not matter if I try this on a new dashboard or on an existing dashboard.

All help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Terry,

    You'll want to take a quick look in the logs to see what's being generated. It's easiest if you stop the Tomcat service, clear down the logs in ..\CRM\tomcat\logs and ..\CRM\Logs, restart the service, then reproduce the issue.

    I'd expect that you're most likely to see something pop up in one of the stack trace logs. Alternatively, if you run Fiddler when adding the gadget, you'll generally be able to see the error text displayed in the response to the gadget's HTTP request.
