Send Reminder Message in Escalation adding fields

We utilize the Send Reminder Message (Email) in our Communications Tab. In the escalation field we have updated this email reminder message to be more eye appealing and would also like it to contain more company and contact information.

I would like to add fields to this email that do not appear to be available, such as the address, phone number, and email of the contact we have the scheduled communication for. Is this possible, if so how can we proceed with this info?

I'd appreciate any help!
