CRM 7.2b and Sage 300 ERP 2012 integration issue Some of the options in Sage CRM like "New Order entry" from "OE Enquiry" is not working from Client PC but works fine directly on the server. Sage 300 ERP and CRM installed on the same server running Windows 2012 – 64 OS. Browser on the server. Browser is IE11 and the Database is SQL 2012 R2. The client PC is running Windows 7 32 bit. Browser IE11. On the Server, , We can use Browser to use Sage 300 and options within Sage 300 is working fine. Also CRM works fine on the server for any ERP UI screens such as “New Order Entry” from “OE Enquiry” But from the client PC, web client for Sage 300 is not working and gives error when any option is launched with error message “UI Container stopped responding”. CRM from the client PC: we are not able to use options such as “New Order Entry” from “OE Enquiry” as the screen does not display any button (Save, Cancel, etc.). Also when Customer Enquiry is launched from “AR Enquiry”, any drill down from Customer enquiry gives “Sage UI stopped responding” error. We have also tried login as domain administrator on the Client PC but the result is same ODBC driver on the client was changed to use “SQL Native Client 11” which matches the ODBC on the Server.

    Dear RamK,

    This New Order Entry screen from OE Enquiry opens OCX screen of Accpac and it is dependent on two possible things which I have listed below. Please check the same and it may solve this issue.

    1. Check whether Accpac workstation is installed on Client’s PC.
    2. Check whether ActiveX plugin is not blocking this screen to open properly.
