The first thing to check would be if the java.exe does exist in the file path:
D:\Sage\Services\JRE\jre7\bin\
If it does not, you will need to update the system parameter that holds the path for java:
SELECT parm_name,parm_value
FROM Custom_Sysparams
WHERE Parm_Name ='JavaPath'
Once done, restart tomcat and try again.
Based on the full error, and your webapp residing in 'Program Files (x86)\Sage' I'd guess that your path should be:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Services\JRE\jre7\bin\

Any idea where the below path is taken from:

We do not have this directory in our system. Our WEB-INF directory resides in :
D:\Sage\CorodexCRM\tomcat\webapps\corodexcrmj

From my previous experience I can say “Environment Variables” of the system/machine and “JavaPath” parameter value which resides in your CRM database should be point towards Java directory correctly. Refer below blog which may help you to solve this.
