Charracter limit un Validation Script and WkAc_EmailTo in WorkflowActions

Hello,

I can see that in the workflow, into a rule, i want to use a validation script, but it has a limit in the number of characters ,...

I finded the field where the validate script is saved in the databasen and the field is WkAc_EmailTo in WorkflowActions Table, ... i don't understant why, some error in the version?

Hi Jonathan,

If you are accessing CRM through Google Chrome then there is a limit for characters to be entered in the Validation Script, Create Script, On change and Custom Content scripts of CRM. So access the CRM in Internet Explorer and try whether you are able to add validate script without any error.

Hi Greytrix,

You are ok. I tested also with internet explorer, but version 11, and the same problem.

I have tested it with iexplorer 9, and no restricttion.

Internet Explorer is only supported from Sage CRM v7.2d onwards. And then only the 32bit version. If you are a developer, consultant or even system administrator you should get used to referencing the Support Matrix. The latest one can be found here:
