Server2012R2 - IIS 8.5 default settings?

Hi,

i've done a clean install from Sage CRM 7.2d on an 2012R2-Server (also fresh installed).

I have read the Installation Guide for Sage CRM 7.2. I have check all the points which are there, but my tomcat did not work probably.

The Dashboard, MailMerge and Dataupload did not work

The failure message which appears on the Dashboard:

"Access violation at address 1A58D7BF in module 'eware.dll'. Read of address 00000028"

I can't find any detail information how to configure the IIS correctly for Sage CRM.

Is there any documentation?

    This sounds like a Tomcat issue. Is the Tomcat Service running with an appropriate administrator account? (In services, right click Apache Tomcat, Select Properties and check the Log-on tab.) When I experienced this issue, the account that Tomcat was using did not have sufficient rights to the machine it was running on.

    Hi Matt, thanks for the answer.

    I found a solution. The point was, that i have a CRM Version with the name "CRM" and in my test environment i have installed it as "CRM72". After i imported the CRM DB into my test environment the problem comes. I changed the Installation in the test environment to "CRM" and it works fine.

    So i changed my first post, because i want to know, if there is any documentation about all the nessasary IIS Settings . greetings, Olaf
