Escalation to send out email and notification

I have a problem with escalation service. I want escalation service to send notification email and notification onscreen,but escalation service only send out email when set use escalation service in Workflow & Escalation Configuration to "No", and vice versa, only send out notification onscreen when set use escalation service in Workflow & Escalation Configuration to "No".

Is there any solution to solve this.

Hi Natha,

Using MS Exchange I was able to send email and recieve notifcations on screen with escalation turned on/off

Using non MS integration, I was not able to send email with escalation turned on but was able to view on screen and send email notifications with escalation turned off. What version of CRM are you using?
