Print Appointment (not Screen-print)

Hallo,

is it possible to print the complete content of the "CustomCommunicationBox" incl. the longer text
in details_field ? The normal print-button makes/print only the screnn capture.

    Hi,

    As long as the screen is in editable mode, it doesn’t seem to be feasible. When the Appointment becomes complete then you see it in ReadOnly mode. There you can print the details where you will get all the details. However best option would be to change the implementation workaround.

    1. You can popup printable view on click of custom button which creates new read-only screen html picking values from current communication. Then you can give Print button on that window to print it.
    2. A simple workaround would be to create report in Sage CRM reports api.
