SageCRM used by 2 companies

Hello,

A company working with SageCRM and Exchange integration has now taken over another company.

They want the users of both companies are working in the same sageCRM (working with several territories).

But the second company is working with another Exchange.

How can I manage both integration?

Does anybody use sagecrm with 2 companies and 2 exchanges?

    Hi Jerome,

    You cannot have two exchange integrations against the one installation of CRM. So if you have merged the two companies in CRM this will not be possible i am afraid.

    Hi,

    You might get somewhere if you're intending bringing the second Exchange server into an Exchange forest with the first. CRM doesn't have huge visibility over how Exchange is configured. So long as CRM can access the mailboxes for the users on the second Exchange server using an impersonated user that connects to the EWS endpoint on the first Exchange server it would likely work.

    This has not been tested, and you'd need to talk to an Exchange administrator regarding the best way to approach this.
